Questions, answered

Do you work with individuals, or only the trade?

Both. One piece gets the same engineer and the same process as a production run.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum for CAD or manufacturing. 3D printing has an $80 minimum.

What does a first run cost?

Entry pieces typically $750–1,200 finished; halo and pavé $1,500–3,500; articulated and multi-component $5,000 and up. Your itemized quote is exact. See our pricing page for the full ranges.

How long does it take?

CAD in 72 hours. Simple pieces ship 3–5 business days after approval; complex pieces 2–4 weeks. Your quote carries a written date.

CAD Design Only, $150. You get the file either way.

Do I own the files?

Yes. STL, 3DM and STEP are delivered with every CAD job.

Can you supply stones?

Yes. We buy melee and lab-grown at trade prices and pass them through as line items on your quote.
