Frequently Asked Questions

How is final pricing determined?

Final pricing depends on four inputs: design complexity (number of components, articulation), metal type and weight, stone specifications, and your requested turnaround. The prices listed are starting estimates for simple single-piece designs.

What if I need more revisions?

CAD Design and Design + Print include 2 revisions. Full Manufacturing includes 3. Additional revisions are $50 each for standard orders, or $500+ for complex multi-component projects (priced by scope).

Is there a minimum order?

For 3D printing, the minimum order is $80. For CAD design and full manufacturing, there is no minimum — single-piece projects are welcome.

Am I eligible for rush service?

3D Printing rush (8 hours) requires a production-ready STL file — no design work included. CAD Design rush is 24–48 hours. Use our Rush Calculator for an instant eligibility check and estimate.

When is payment due?

A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due before delivery. We accept wire transfer, Zelle, PayPal, and credit cards via Stripe.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. Orders of 5–9 pieces receive 10% off, 10–24 pieces receive 15% off, and 25+ pieces receive a custom bulk quote. Contact us for details.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with the result?

We work with you through revisions until the design meets your approval. For Full Manufacturing, we include a quality assurance certificate and insured shipping. If there's a manufacturing defect, we remake it at no charge.
