What file formats do you accept for CAD work?
We work natively in Rhino 3DM and also accept STL and STEP files. If you don't have a 3D file, we welcome hand sketches, reference photos, and written briefs — our designers translate them into a production-ready CAD.
How long does CAD design typically take?
Most CAD models are delivered in 2–4 business days from receipt of a complete brief. Highly articulated or multi-part pieces may take longer, and your project coordinator will confirm a firm date after review.
How many revision rounds are included?
Every CAD includes two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional rounds are billed at a flat per-round rate, disclosed upfront so there are no surprises.
Which metals do you cast?
We routinely cast 18k and 14k gold (yellow, white, rose), platinum 950, and sterling silver. Palladium and specialty alloys are available by request.
How do you achieve zero-porosity castings?
We use vacuum-assisted investment casting with tightly controlled flask temperatures, degassed alloys, and induction melting. Every casting is inspected for porosity before it advances to setting or finishing.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We produce single one-off pieces for independent designers and private commissions as readily as we handle production runs for luxury houses. Every project receives the same precision and care.
Do you offer rush service?
Yes. 24–48 hour rush turnaround is available on most CAD and production stages, subject to floor capacity. See our rush service page for scope and pricing.
Can we work with you remotely from outside New York?
Absolutely. The majority of our clients are outside NYC and many are international. All approvals happen digitally — CAD renders, 3D previews, wax photos, and finished-piece imagery — with secure shipping in both directions.
How does pricing work?

Do you handle stone setting?
Yes — prong, bezel, pavé, micro-pavé, channel, flush, and invisible settings, in stones from melee to important center diamonds and colored gems. Setting is performed in-house by benchworkers trained on articulated haute joaillerie.
How accurate is your 3D printing?
Our resin printers hold a 16-micron layer resolution, fine enough for micro-pavé seats and invisible hinge tolerances. Every printed pattern is inspected under magnification before it moves to casting.
