Can an eternity band be resized?

A full eternity band cannot — the stones go all the way around. That is why we confirm your size on a printed sizing ring before casting, and why our "sized right or remade" promise exists. Half and three-quarter bands can be sized about half a size either way.

Why does the stone count change with my finger size?

Accepted Answer

Because the band is generated for your size. A larger finger has a longer circumference, so it holds more stones of the same size; the price follows the actual stones in your band, not an average.

What if a stone falls out?

We replace and reset it at no charge, for life. National retailers either exclude stone loss or cover only stones under a tenth of a carat.

Are the diamonds IGI-graded?

Signature bands come with an IGI report for every stone. Bench bands use calibrated F–G VS lab-grown diamonds that are matched at our bench but not individually graded, which is what keeps them at that price.

Platinum or 14K?

Accepted Answer

Platinum is heavier and holds prongs longer; at today's metal prices it costs little more than 14K on a band this size. 14K is lighter and the classic choice for stacking. Both are priced live above.

Will it match my engagement ring?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send a photo or the ring itself; we match the stone size, metal color and profile, or shape the band to sit flush against it.

How long does it take?

Typically two to four weeks from the moment you confirm the size. Rush service is available.

Do prices change?

Accepted Answer

Metal is priced at that day's spot and stones track the market, so the configurator shows today's price. A written quote holds it for 7 days.
